Surface structure and profile of Omuroyama Volcano lava flow; landscape of Jogasaki Coast
In Igaigane, the lava flow spreads out flat creating a table-shaped landform with not many undulations, from which one can get a panoramic view over the Jogasaki Coast.
Looking at the surface of lava that spread out over a wide area, one can see how hot lava flowed onto the lava crusts that had hardened earlier, breaking them apart.
